What!!!

Based on my last few hotel visits with other brands, this hotel is good to go. Things were so good I started looking for something to complain about and found nothing. Our entire visit was really nice.

Excellent quality hotel. Kids loved the pool. Getting in and out the hotel parking lot to go left is difficult and lots of smoking right outside the front door.

Decent Stay.

Got to the hotel around 8pm, there were other peoples clothes hung on the door of the bathroom. Then the fire alarm went off around 10-11pm and we received no explanation and with a 5 month old that late at night was awful. We sat outside for at least 30 minutes and then this morning at checkout they said they still didn’t know why the alarm went off. Nothing offered to us. Just a pretty rough stay all together.

I met a really nice older lady that works at night.. when i say she was the sweetiest thing lol she has kind of a raspy voice but i love her 😂😂 i think i could have stood there and talk to her for hours.. She definitely reminds me of oneof my aunts but I LOVE THE STAY AND WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK BECAUSE OF HER LMBO!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT WILL EVERYONE ELSE BUT I JUST LOVED HER..
