just being in town for one night, i didnt take advantage of the hotel amenities but the staff, room, and location were just fantastic. It was however a little bit more expensive than i would have expected.

We stayed here for my husband's half iron man race. The hotel was modern and nice. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable and large. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great experience at a great price!

The room was modern, and nicely decorated spacious. Everyone was extremely nice. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. They gave a fabulous breakfast had everything from oatmeal to bacon and eggs. I thought that was a great added value. A minor negative was the gym size and equipment but I think I'm just nit picking. I highly recommend Hampton Raleigh NC!!

THERE WAS NOT A RESTAURANT ON THE PREMISES. PARKING WAS NOT ON THE SAME BLOCK.

The hotel was nice new and clean, staff were really friendly. Itis a good location away from direct downtown. Bars and restaurants within two blocks. The only negative the bat across the street, is really really loud from midnight until two am, they have outside patio and music. The hotel did provide ears plugs but only one set for two people staying. Parking is an extra $6.00 per night and their snacks next to the front desk are way overpriced. Overall, a good hotel, the price is high but you are assured a clean environment.

I got excellent customer service from this hotel. They got me a cab when I needed it and the beds were phenomenal!

Staff was awesome. Cleanliness of the rooms was perfect. Sheets were a little scratchy. We didn't use any of the amenities but the fitness center and pool looked nice. Breakfast and coffee was good! Second time we stayed and we will be back next time in Raleigh.

Hotel was in an excellent location in downtown Raleigh. When I originally booked the room I did not expect that I would need another bed for a friend that was suppose to be staying with another friend but could not because of a death in the family. When I checked in I requested that my room be changed to 2 queens but unfortunately they were sold out. The lady at the desk was gracious enough to comp me a king studio room instead that included a pull out couch.

Very lovely decor, new construction, hot breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room with very nice bathroom, comfortable lobby with a lounge area that made it easy to grab a cup of coffee and work while waiting for colleagues. Much nicer than I was expecting for a Hampton Inn.

Great place to be. The rooms are brand new, clean, and spacious. I found the staff to be very helpful and a hot cookie to welcome you isn't bad either.
