Nice, courteous check-in process. Though the building is under construction, my stay was perfectly quiet and entirely pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. I slept like a baby on the wonderful king bed. Water pressure was also good, and that’s a thing I want in a nice hotel. Hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. I couldn’t be happier with my stay. I’ll be back!

I wish to single out 2 of your employees which led me to give this property 5 stars across the board. 1) At check-in, Chris was totally awesome. I could tell that he was eating his supper, but when he saw me, he could care less about his food. I, the customer, was the only thing that mattered to him. Splendid customer service, Chris, and it was apparent he cares about his customers. 2) The same thing goes for Zakiya. The night before I checked out, I had some trouble with the heat in my room. At check-out, Zakiya apologized (not her fault) and took down the room number & issue and said she would get maintenance to look at it. ***Thank you, Chris. Thank you, Zakiya. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn!!! :)
