We had a superb and wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Raleigh-Cary, NC. My husband and I were there for our niece's wedding. It was our first time in NC, therefore, we wanted to spend a long weekend there. We initially reserved the hotel from Thursday May 8 through Sunday. May 11. However, due to an unexpected work emergency, we had to change our reservation to Saturday, May 10 through Monday, May 12. We had our reservation through a third party, and the Hilton staff kindly honor our reservation change and credited back the extra night charge, instead of charging us for the change. As we arrived, we were concerned about being late for the wedding, and thought that we might had to change clothes in the lobby bathroom to attend the wedding. However, an angelic staff used her magic to find an available room and checked us in early so that we could have our room to get ready for the wedding. We reserved a junior suite, and it lived up to our our expectation. The room accomodations were generous, equipped with perfect lighting, charging stations, coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. It was recenly renovated, spacious and clean. Eventhough there was no view from our window, we were satisfied and grateful for the helpful staff. We wished we could have stayed longer.
