I like everything! the place, the rooms, the service, clean, cordial. But, I was disappointed that the little fridge in my room did not work. It could be really hot in Querétaro. Maintenance should be conducted often. Otherwise, these amenities should be removed. Believe me, fizzy water is not pleasant at all when is warm. I've got it thinking that I have a fridge.

Extraordinaria ubicación. Camas muy cómodas y sábanas de primera. Confortables y belleza mexicana en el lugar que hacen muy disfrutable la estancia. Espacios al aire libre para sentarse a charlar y gozar el lugar. Estacionamiento amplio dentro del hotel (cosa rara en el centro de queretaro).
