Terrible service , if you opt out of “ all inclusive” they treat you like an outsider. You are the last priority for anything. Asked for Coffee pods and some milk and water at 8 am, did not see it when we returned to the room at 5pm, were provided with this at 6 pm after multiple requests, Staff, specially at the bar could Do with some effort to smile or provide better service! Even the coffee pods in the room was charged separately, upon reviewing the charges we noticed They billed us additional donation amounts not authorized by us, Was later removed, with signatures ! ‘Couldn’t be bothered’ attitude, Not worth it !

Room was good however we were on the end and overlooked an abandoned lot with squatters. Poolside food was mediocre at best. Very friendly staff but slow to respond to requests for extra coffee and other items.

Anniversary getaway. The staff is amazing and friendly. The views stunning from the balcony. It’s definitely not a hotel if you plan on partying. It’s calm and quiet and relaxing. The new restaurant La Perla had such amazing food. Would definitely recommend for couples who want to get away from the ruckus.

The room was amazing, beautiful ocean view. I was impressed with how attentive and caring all the staff were. I enjoyed the food, especially the coffee and fresh fruit. All staff were very accommodating of my gluten allergy. They even went out of their way to make me extra GF food. I felt very special. The themed night was a nice change from the two dinner options, and the entertainment at each was amazing. Cheers to Adán for his amazing service, presence, and attention to detail! The only issue I had was finding a seat around the pool or the beach. We were told if we leave our things for 20 mins then they would be brought to the front desk. But this wasn't the case. On that note, I think Paul is the hardest working, nicest staff at Villa Premier!

Loved the area, the staff was exceptional, the hotel is very well designed and beautiful. Highly recommend, we didn't do all inclusive and we were happy about that, so many restaurants and cafes in the area to explore.

Dining options were great with no lines easy reservations and eating option of great food. Shooing was convenient and affordable. Staff always ready with a smile and quick service when asked. Only minor issue staff could not get the TV to work and we were there during March Madness so couldn’t watch while waiting for my wife to get ready but we didn’t go to Mexico to watch TV anyway. Upshot we highly recommended VP to our neighbors when we got home

Truly a boutique hotel!!! The staff treats you like family!! For real. The location couldn’t be any better. You can walk safely in a quaint town to many restaurants snacks shops ect…. Peppe’s tacos are absolutely amazing. Al Pastor like never before!!! You can also walk maybe 10 minutes to the malecon!! So fun!!!

The staff was amazing and mad you feel special every day. We were her 14 years ago and the every thing was in perfect shape the same as it was when we came back then. The food was incredible.
