The place itself was beautiful, very comfortable, and exactly as described. Under normal circumstances this would easily be a five star stay. The only drawback was the heavy construction next door, with ongoing noise and dust during the day. This was outside the host’s control, but it did impact the overall experience. Aside from that, everything else was great and we still enjoyed our time here.

Great Location and Condo

We all loved staying at V177! My friends Les and Larry, who live in Kentucky, recommended this condo. They were correct with their referral and suggestions for the neighborhood haunts. The folks were responsive when we noticed the dryer in the apartment was not working. It took several service trips to see us, but they fixed the issue and gave us a refund for our inconvenience.

Great stay in PV

Excellent condo with close proximity to beach and restaurants. Host was kind enough to let us check in and out early because there were no reservations immediately before/after ours! Wonderful ocean breeze on the balcony to beat the heat. :) Two king beds in the rooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Perfect for two adult couples. There is a lot of nice artwork in the home, so be mindful of this before booking if you have littles.

This condo is just about perfect. This was our 4th time renting and we have already reserved for next year. The owner, Brian, is incredibly responsive and helpful. Their housekeeper Olga and property manager Alicia (actually Mario) are also top notch.

Perfect

I love this place. You never know by the pictures but this place exceeded our high expectations. We were met onsite by someone to get us settled, it was all fast, friendly and efficient. The unit itself is huge and comfortable and beautiful. Location is right by our favourite part of the beach, and is a short walk to all our favourite restaurants. It did feel luxurious. The pool upstairs is so nice and the pool area is so well appointed. I would not hesititate to go back. If you want the condo experience of this part of PV...this will not disappoint.

Surpassed Expectations

The property is everything in the photos and more. Excellent location, well managed property, great roof top. Owner communicates promptly and proactively. Most importantly, the accommodation is beautifully maintained and furnished. The artwork is spectacularly stunning. On the practical side, the kitchen is very well equipped. Cleaning supplies are ample and accessible. We have stayed at various properties in PV over the years, this was the best overall. Worth every penny!!

Beautful condo, amazing views, prime location

A perfect stay in Puerto Vallarta. Brian was a very professional host with great communication. Check-in and check-out so easy. Very clean, beautiful decor, great balconies with ocean view, and amazing rooftop pool, hot tub, and sitting areas. Location could not have been more perfect. Only needed Uber for airport. Beaches, shops, bars, resaturants, coffee shops, etc., were all in walking distance. Will definitely book again. Probably sooner than later!!! Joel (Austin, TX)

This is probably the most beautiful VRBO I've ever stayed at. The decor is fabulous, the location is perfect, the rooftop space is lovely, it was just stunning. I would highly recommend staying here.

Heart of the Romantic Zone

We went to PV during NYE to celebrate our friend’s 40th birthday. We came across this listing on VRBO and the three of us loved the look. The owner was very quick to respond and answer questions. When needed and they were able, he was flexible and that was a HUGE help, especially because of the flight drama this year. On arrival, the property manager was kind and helpful. His tour was helpful and concise. The condo was AMAZING. There was three of us, so each room having its own bathroom was wonderful. The condo was very clean and organized, with gorgeous views of the city and the ocean. The location was ideal because it was close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, but a block or two from the “action” so it was also very quiet at night. The pool and roof deck were amazing places to relax and enjoy your day/evening. This was a quality location/space with an owner who really looked after their guests. We highly recommend this location.

Brian was an incredibly welcoming host, always responding right away to any questions regarding check in/out and house logistics. The unit was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool and gym were also perfect for our stay. The apartment complex is located in a safe area close to the beach and various restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Puerto Vallarta!

Oh How We've Missed You, PV

Due to travel restrictions, Brian and Jim were so gracious to allow us to reschedule our trip a couple times (with ample notice provided). We finally made it and we were so impressed with this property and location. They were perfect hosts, quick to respond and left us with no concern from start to finish. The condo is tastefully decorated with beautiful art and furnishings. The condo and complex is quiet and secure making it very relaxing to come home after a day on the beach or exploring all PV's cultural surroundings. The decks on the condo have beautiful ocean and mountain views. I could set there for hours. The rooftop is just stunning with the beautiful pool, hot tub and view. We had a fantastic vacation with spectacular place to call home for the week. Thank you Brian and Jim for sharing you Beautiful Mexican Home!
