Our room had a broken blind/shade and I reported it to the front desk. They did not offer to change our room or comp us anything in return, which I think is bad management. We didn't want to change rooms, but it would have been appropriate to offer a solution. We are Hilton rewards members and I don't think we would stay at this property again.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable. It feels like you’re on the runway the bed moves when the planes takeoff they start at 6 am and go until 10 ish. Stayed two nights and both mornings were the same. If you’re an early morning person or have an early flight then might be okay.

They had me a $50 deposit down even though I paid online and then they let us know that it would be refunded the next morning except for $10 that we had to pay to park at the hotel that we were staying at. We’ll never stay there again.
