The pool Is very crowded so we wanted to use the beach but there are only four beach chairs and two umbrellas. People had to drag chairs from the pool area to th beach - the resort should provide chairs every morning on the beach even if the store them on the property - they should bring the chairs in the morning for guests so the guests do not have to jump them to the beach!

The service was excellent but the room condition was not as good for the price. The hotel rooms need update. The bathroom need improvement. We expected better conditions of the rooms.

The room was spacious and clean. Best night sleep. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The staff were courteous and professional. Had a ball in the casino. Wish we could have stayed longer

Customer service was definitely lacking. The bartender next to the pool left my mojito out then was trying to fish out bees with a spoon before giving it to me. Even after I told him we are allergic to bees which are swarming the bar.
