What I did not like was the intense and loud music in the lobby. The elevators were very slow, too many people waiting to get in. The air conditioning in the bedroom was too cold . We requested the front staff to fix it and switch to a higher grade with no success. We left in the morning without having breakfast. Too bad because the room was confortable and well furnished.Front staff was excellent. Crowded with students.

El servicio fue excelente, todos muy amables y atentos. Excelente lugar, lindo, limpio, buena comida con alternativas para toda la familia. Espacios abiertos, seguros y limpios. Buen entretenimiento que permite no tener que salir del hotel. El sábado por la noche hubo un bazar y música en vivo en Hard Rock Café y un Dj afuera en el lounge. Todo muy bien pensando y organizado.
