A non stay

No one there to check in @ 14.30 Rang the number, no answer. Called again at 15.30 no answer Called again at 17.30 to be told we’re closed, you don’t have a booking. Couldn’t care less. Absolute joke. Not to mention trying to find somewhere else to stay at 17.30 on a bank holiday. We had to go way beyond our budget to find somewhere, to say it took the shine off is a bit of an understatement Will never recommend you or your services to anyone.

Very convenient for Plymouth as the centre is a short walk. Shame there is no breakfast provided.

Home kind of stay

The hotel is too small but lovely. It's amazing for big family visiting Plymouth as it feels like a large private house. Rooms are specious and well prepared. Bathtub should gain 3 stars -drainage was slow- frequently need to stop water flow until water drains!
