"We had a great time during our stay! The room was clean and well maintained, and the pool was excellent—our family really enjoyed it.
The only downside was the delay with our room. Check-in was listed as 4:00 PM, and even though we arrived and checked in about 1.5 hours early, we didn’t actually get access to our room until 5:30 PM. That wait was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was still a very nice experience, but I hope the check-in process can be improved."
