The hotel is not that old and with a bit more effort it could be very nice. Right now they don’t clean properly (bathroom, floor and chairs at the breakfast area). Breakfast had very limited selection and to get food we needed to ask the staff, they were out of eggs, coffee, fruits, even milk one day.

The property is in the mid of renovation. The room and bathroom are very clean. The major drawback is noise from adjacent rooms. We can hear the baby next room crying most of the night and the room door has so much space which hallway noise and light can pass through immediately.

The property is undergoing renovations which we were not made aware of. Our room had been refurbished and was excellent. The lobby is still under construction and a mess but not an issue. Rooms in this hotel are small, thus the name "micro" but were fine for short stays. There are not any cupboards or drawers but it was super clean, quiet and has friendly staff. we would stay again for short stays.

DO NOT STAY HERE RIGHT NOW. They are currently doing construction in the building. Shameful to not note this to guests. I specifically picked to stay at the microtel because of our experience at previous microtels and this one did not compare. the rooms are updated and the property will be nice when it’s done - we did have weird green stuff all over our mirror which was the only thing off in the room. we paid what i’m assuming is full price $160/night plus pet fee, to have construction noises starting at 8 am right outside of our door since for some reason they put us literally in the room touching the lobby where the construction was taking place that day. Breakfast was a joke - it was being served IN A HOTEL ROOM. Offering toast and bagels, fruit and hard boiled eggs. Saw construction workers grabbing food from the already incredibly awkward room of other hotel guests. Overall wish we would have picked a different place to stay in town.

Nice and comfortable room. Very clean and comfortable beds. The lobby was undergoing a renovation so the breakfast was served on a small room. Had to take food back to your room, as there was no seating available. Overall a good choice for a quick overnight stay.

It was good, would have been nice if on the site it let you know it was being renovated. Also the painters did not put a sign up saying wet paint in the stairwell and when we walked down, wow hand full of gray paint. The staff was wonderful and handled it.

This property was fine for a one night stay. The room is basic and seemingly clean. Lobby under major construction and I didn't know in advance. I would have expected lower cost for the conditions. Messy. Dusty. Paint smell. Breakfast in room right by construction. Basic offerings. Not stocked or checked until ending at 10. I cannot recommend at this time but probably post construction it's adequate for a one to two night stay. It is close to restaurants, shopping and University. Not too far from Lake Champlain

Give me a refund

I demand a refund! I did not stay in there. The lobby was under severe renovations and the smell of paint caused me an asthma attack. The Hotel personnel said they did not charge so you must refund me!
