"From the start rude welcoming, gave us wrong directions to the room which we had to take a 3 flight up the stairs because of the elevators were not working. The room key did not work, had to go back to the lobby. After finally inside the room strong nasty smell on the sheets and pillows, broken toilet seat. Door would not close from the outside either. No good response from the front desk on trying to solve any of my complaints after expending over $400 per night.
Me DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! "
