It was our first stay, except for the renovation on 1st floor (Noise) we enjoyed our stay. Great location, didn't get a chance at the pool, but we shall be back to find out. Also, a great selection at breakfast.

The room had an odor of urine from dogs but other then that it was great
my only concern was the door facing, that made it look as if the door was not closed properly.
I like that it was near shopping area and resturants. Also not so noisey like other properties. I didn't see a garbage shute where guests could dispose of their bulky garbage if they wanted too.
Place was clean and modern. Great kitchen area. Bathroom was excellent. Did not like that their laundry machine is coin operated and that you can only get detergent and quarters from the front desk.
I really liked the spaciousness of the suite, breakfast was good, and the bed comfortable. Overall I had a good experience.

This is now my new favorite hotel to stay in Fort Lauderdale. Great location, close to everything. Broward Mall, food( There is literally a Pollo topical next door), Pharmacy, Gas station all in 1 - 3 mins walking distance. Staff is excellent but the cleaners talk too loud in the corridors. I had to open the door and tell them to be the quiet one of the mornings while my family was still asleep. Love the outside basketball court, great for young kids. The pool area is also excellent. Overall a great hotel and I will definitely stay again as I visit that area often.
It was like pulling teeth to get our room cleaned by housekeeping. The grounds were dirty, dead bugs floating in pool, cigarettes thrown around stairs, hairs on pillows and towels. Don’t even want to describe more. Will never be staying here again, awful experience and rude staff also. Very disappointed.
Didnt like that there is ants in the place, but other than that it’s a clean place and friendly staff!

The hot tub was not functioning properly. Only 2 of the jets were working.
The hotel is ok for a short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but the cookware provided was just the bare minimum. Also, the room windows couldn’t be opened. During our check in there was an issue with the availability of the room, and despite being solved, it took more than 2 hours for the staff to get us a room in another property. Situations like that shouldn’t happen, and if they do, must be solved much more quickly.
Room was 59 degrees...in Florida. AC broken. Front desk didn't want to change my room , luckily Paul who works there offered to clean the room so it could be used for a later guest after the AC got fixed. Hotel overrun with teenage boys yelling and screaming at late hours. The hotel tried talking to their coach, to no avail. I ended up calling the police, which ended the issue. Too many issues for what should have been a quiet stay.
The rooms were very spacious and clean. The layout and decor is nice as well. The area is a pretty good one as well
