Was a pleasure staying at the hotel, extremely polite staff. Rooms seems to be recently renovated/upgraded. Breakfast not extravagant, but exactly what’s needed and more so every day availability of a hot drink was really appreciated. Ongoing work on the outside compound resulted in some difficulty in getting a parking. Will recommend and stay there again if required.

Hampton Inn charged my credit card $859.52 for a stay that I had booked and agreed to pay $454.43 at check in through Expedia, a $405.09 difference. At check-in the only thing I was told a hold of $80.00 deposit would be held and returned at check out. Every day there was issue with my room key and the explanation I got was the key had to be reactivated because I may have had the key close to my cell phone or credit card, which I did not. Every time they reactivated the key, they confirmed my information in their system. Identity and payment information which I thought is the right thing to do for security purposes not knowing they were charging my card. What I've experienced and in my opinion that hotel cancelled my reservation on purpose to avoid me paying what was agreed through Expedia. I need Expedia to investigate this matter ASAP.

Hotel was undergoing a renovation not mentioned when I booked. First room’s bed was terrible and worn out 2nd room was good but room carpet seemed old and dirty. Staff very nice. No evidence of laundry which I needed.

Air conditioning was leaking water on the carpet they said couldn’t repair in an occupied room. Asked for linen service the day before saw the linen service person that day she said we were scheduled for that day then she disappeared room not serviced. For the water they put next to the air conditioner a high power floor fan. Should b compensated for our terrible experience never again for that property

All doors other than the mail lobby door should be accessed by a key card. The door by the pool never closed properly. I came back after 21 one night and the door was ajar, it does not code on its own you must pull it closed. I had to change my original booking, no issue doing this with Expedia that I know off. When I arrived at the hotel the person checking me in could not find my reservation either by my name, email, or Expedia confirmation number. He was not helpful and had an attitude of there is nothing I can do. He spoke in a low voice even after I told him I was hard of hearing and as well as mumbled. Eventually he said I had to call Expedia but gave me the wrong number, it was for their flights, which I mentioned. He said I was wrong that it was the correct number after multiple times telling him it was wrong. He finally gave me another number and it did not resolve the issue either, but again said it was the correct number. On the third time trying that number I put it on speaker and had him press the prompts, same ones I tried. He realized I was correct, but never said sorry, just made a face. He finally after more than 30 minutes late at night found the reservation for the original date!! My opinion is that he never really looked at any information I gave him just wanted dismissed me. The rooms and common areas have a horrible smell. My clothes smelled. My purse that is fabric smelled the worst as it was nearest to the ac unit. I will not be staying there again.

I just love the reception ,very friendly. We travel with family and we asked if we can all stay same floor and they gave us that. The staff very family . Will be back again , Next year. The breakfast excellent 👌 couldn't be anywhere better. All the shopping stores are very close. Excellent

The only complaint I would have is the beakfast at the time of our stay was lacking. There was nothing hot provided only cold options. There was construction going on but barely noticed or heard it. The staff was friendly and accomondating.
