Reserved King suite thru Expedia. Walk in the room. 2 full size bed suite. Didn't even mention it to me when I was checking in. Contacted Expedia, lady at the front desk lied to the Expedia agent. She told Expedia agent that she told me my room was booked to someone else and that I was aware my room was 2 full size beds. When I went down to talk to her about it, she said it wasn't her fault bc the person who gave my room away already went home and she didn't have anything to do with screwing up my reservation. Steer clear

The tub was EXTREMELY slippery when i fell when getting out of the tub and hit bruised my shoulder when getting outnof the tub. I also could not understand how they only had two trolly for the entire hotel. How inconvenient for the guest we had several luggage and had to struggle with them down.

We could not get any sleep due to the air conditioning unit on top of our room was leaking all night. We complained several times and we were told it was due to the rain, but it had not rained for almost a week. We asked for another room, but they stated they were booked. They finally fixed it for a couple hours, but then it started back. This was terrible customer service and no one followed up on the issue.

Not the best stay

The room was clean, but we had no towels, no toilet paper, and no iron. The a/c was super cold, but kept making a noise when it cuts off. The toilet would run for a while after a flush. I called the front desk with these concerns and was told maintenance would come. 45 mins later my husband called the front desk and was told maintenance should of been to the room already but they will check to see what’s taking so long. Well maintenance never came and I ended up having to go to get towels, toilet paper and the iron from the front desk. Not every comfortable in the room and we made the best of our stay in the city since we were in town for family.

We arrived at 4pm and our room wasn't ready. We had to wait approximately 45mins. Our stay was 9 nights and housekeeping did not come 2 days so we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels. Our trash remained in the corridor with others' for a long period. A couple housekeeping staff members were rude whenever we asked to change towels. The room did not have trash bins, we had to ask front desk for one. Breakfast was good as I got breakfast potatoes, being a vegetarian. Breakfast area was clean & kitchen staff was helpful. Nicole and others at the front desk were pleasant. Pool was lovely. Location was good, only a couple minutes away from supermarket, shopping n restaurants.
