I gave them a two star because they apparently cannot read what a DO NOT DISTURB sign mean. I placed the sign on the door, only to have housekeeping pounding on my door at 8:30 in the morning . This happened 3 times, the second time my wife was in the shower and I was in bed ( 8:45 am ) I was awoken to a housekeeper ( male ) standing in my room. Freak the F out of my wife. We checked out 2 days early ( wasted 300+ dollars in room rates ) . I notified the front desk twice of this only to receive assurance it would happen again. Not sure what else I could have done. I’m not recommending this place at all. This courtyard is so old it actually had a courtyard… terrible beds felt like sleeping in a hammock… the room was renovated but smelled like mold. The daily dose of room freshener smelled worse. Nice location, easy parking, clean lobby, Uncaring staff. Cheaper than most hotels in the area , obvious reason why !! Buyer beware !
