The heater didn’t work well, was super loud, and we had to get 3 additonal blankets at the front desk just to deal with the cold. Then the hotel has in the description a pool and hot tub. The pool has been broken for a while and they never updated the website or third party vendors like Expedia. The hey offered no compensation for it. I had reservations at a different hotel, lost $63 dollars to cancel the other hotel to stay at this one so my son could have a pool, only to get there and have no pool and no compensation for it. The breakfast was cold and not sufficient for the nimber of people there. Items ran out and they didn’t replace many of them, only some. The hallways and common areas were cold as well. The staff was nice, but either unable or unwilling to offer any sort of compensation for the issues. If a manager sees this review, I’ll be happy to change my feelings if a fair compensation is offered. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 26 years, started as a front desk clerk and worked as a general manager and now work for a hospitality call center so I know this should have handled very, very differently than it was. If they want to provide good services they will make things better. Looking forward to them contacting me.
