◉ No smoking inside of home. $250 remediation fee will be assessed if smoking is suspected in the interior property. No open flames or candles of any kind are allowed on the property.

◉ Smoking allowed at the backyard.

◉ No Parties/Loud Music/Noise/Illegal Activities, Drugs etc. Such behaviors will not be tolerated and can lead to cancellation without a refund. Kindly respect a courtesy quiet hours starting at 9 pm for our neighbors.

◉ The booking guests are responsible for any damaged or unaccounted items whether the damage is caused by themselves or anyone accessing the home during the stay. The host has a right to charge by his own discretion the additional fees to cover repair and (or) replacement of the damaged or missing the items. Please, respect the home and leave in same condition as received.

◉ Pets are welcome with the advanced host's permission and $400 pet deposit.

Clean and convenient

I had a fine stay here. It was a 20 minute walk to downtown. There’s a Circle K gas station right around the corner. Walls were very thin and the party animals next door kept me up 2 of the nights of my stay. Accommodations were clean and very nice. Very nice backyard. No real qualms. Thank you!

When we entered the location it wreaked of marijuana, I wanted to let the homeowners know so that they would be aware that it was not us. I responded to the emails that had been sent with directions and I never got a response. Other than the horrible odor, the place was clean and the linens were very nice and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, both nights that we were there the neighbors came in late screaming and playing loud music. You could clearly hear everything that was going on. The one night it was 2:30 in the morning and the other tenants were yelling and slamming into the wall. We were so concerned that someone may have been being assaulted but eventually they began laughing and turning up the music. The neighborhood is extremely unsafe, it’s not an area that you can walk around in. Thankfully we didn’t spend too much time there but I would never return to this property.

Very convenient and well kept place

The property was exactly as expected. Although small, the kitchen area has extremely good use of space. Beds were comfortable, the property was very clean, the outdoor space was nice even though we didn't use it much due to the heat. The bus runs just a block away and the light rail is also relatively easy to get to. The neighborhood is a typical neighborhood close to a downtown core. It was a quiet stay for us with no issues and I would book it again if I ever head back to Phoenix.
