Took quite awhile to get food and the biscuits and gravy were not hot. Service was great s the restaurant may have been short handed. But our waitress was great!!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

My experience was wonderful, I enjoyed every minute of my stay. It was absolutely one of my most relaxing solo, stays, anywhere I've been in a while, I salute the staff/ casino personnel for greeting me with a smile, and their personal attention.

The room was great, the bed was very comfy, and the food court options were good. We did not have breakfast. The only snag we ran into was a security guard who was a little bit rude for no reason. But we still had a good time.

The staff was ok, i booked a room with 2 queen beds but they gave me a room with 2 small full beds. The towels in the shower were very small as well.

Parking for the hotel is ridiculous. After returning to the casino at 10 PM the entire lot was so full we parked out by the Semi parking. In the morning around 8 AM there was less than 50 cars. You need a parking garage just for the hotel.

The water pressure in the shower was not good. From the location of the room, you could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. You could hear when the staff was cleaning the bathroom in the room next to us. The place needs better soundproofing.
