🚨Rental Agreement🚨

Before receiving check-in instructions, all guests are required to electronically sign our Rental Usage Agreement.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that:

You accept the terms and conditions of our rental agreement.

You will provide a valid government-issued ID and matching payment method before check-in.

You may be required to complete a background screening if required by the property or building.

Check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process has been successfully completed.

Community Guidelines



We are committed to being respectful neighbors and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and residents.



Failure to follow our house rules or repeated policy violations may result in the reservation being terminated without refund. If removal from the property becomes necessary, any associated costs will be the responsibility of the guest.



🚨Damage Protection🚨

Before your stay, you'll be asked to choose one of the following options:

$40 non-refundable Damage Waiver, or

$400 refundable Security Deposit Hold (this is a temporary authorization, not a charge, and will be released after checkout provided no damage or policy violations are found).



This helps make the process simple and fair should accidental damage occur during your stay.

Pets are welcome in select units with prior approval.

Please let us know before booking if you'll be bringing a pet. Failure to disclose a pet before arrival may result in cancellation of your reservation or a $500 unauthorized pet fee.

8–29 nights: $200 per pet
