The hotel is nice but very dated. It was expensive for the age. They could have such a nice lobby bar but the lack of a double weather door significantly impacts the ability to enjoy it. I think the house keeping is below regular standards. We had to ask for soap. Toilet paper and coffee was never refreshed properly. The staff were great. The hotel was chosen for me but it wouldn’t be my first choice in the area again.

This hotel has such a lovely atmosphere. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed for a short stay. I loved that this hotel is walkable to many things on Penn's campus. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I will be staying here many more times as I travel to Philadelphia for grad school over the next few years.

I was disappointed in my stay. After finally locating the entrance , we were met with a very rude staff member who appeared annoyed that we needed help finding the front desk.. 2 elevators and 4 turns away. The shower curtain was ripped and the black out curtains were useless. The housekeeper we met on Friday was so friendly and helpful. We probably wont stay there on our next visit.

Refrigerator was left with all Kinds of food when I went to place our leftovers in Very uncharacteristic of a Hilton left alone Inn at Penn - my mother is having surgery to remove cancer and I wanted to treat her to the nicest hotel in town and I chose here - it should be clean - they gave us 15,000 points b/c I am A member but I paid 200+ for this room

Requested a cot for the room. Cot was delivered without linens. Called front desk to request linens. Housekeeping did not deliver linens. A second call to the front desk to follow up and still no linens delivered. Canceled request for linens after two hours and due to late hour. Otherwise, hotel was excellent, great location and front desk staff extremely pleasant.
