Great staff, questionable room, busy time

Reception staff were all lovely, and the check-in and check-out processes were both smooth. The general state of the room left a bit to be desired: the couch/bench had several chips taken out of the base, there were weird pieces of gunk stuck to the ceiling and visible water damage on the ceiling by the door to the adjoining room, and there was absolutely zero sound-proofing so you could very easily hear what was going on next door. I enjoyed being checked in early and being on a high floor (floor 21). My stay was during what I believe was a high-school national track and field tournament, as well as several professional sporting events, so during rush hours the elevators took quite a while to come all the way up.

The rooms were nice and clean. But the conjoining room had a baby screaming all night long and the room on the opposite side of us was screaming and yelling at each other all night long. We had young children in our room who couldn’t sleep and we were afraid.

Great hotel and location

Hotel was very nice and clean. The pool was great, warm water and lots of chairs. Location was also great. Very central for walking the city.

Birthday stay…

For just one night to relax for my birthday my stay was pretty good, a couple of the women staff especially if they’re at the front desk could be a bit more friendly but I’d stay again. The pool was open as well but I’m sad I forgot swimsuit, pretty decent up keep and it was clean.

Room was nice and clean. Some front desk staff were nice and helpful but there was one who was unhelpful and unavailable. I'd recommend making sure 3 or at least 2 staff are available during the check in rush at 4pm.
