First time in Philly and first time staying at a hostel. Met a lot of beautiful souls and long term friendships were definitely blossomed. Aner was the most chill and laid back individual, dude is very intelligent and gold laced, that goes for all the staff, everyone helped to point me in the right direction and I can’t wait to slide back up to Philly, much love to all the guests and staff at Apple Hostels! I LOVE this place. I mainly stay here when I come to Philly, which is often. Great and large gourmet kitchen. Large eating and social areas. Clean and large rooms. Right in downtown Philly and close to everything!

I enjoyed my stay. The bag check is helpful and it’s in a really walkable part of town. The beds could be upgraded to limit noise and movement of the bunks, but it’s great for the price. Close to transit and close to the waterfront.

Very good experience

The staff was amazing!! The hostel is very conveniently located in the historic district. Even though the bed wasn't the most comfortable, it was still very good because I was exhausted. The bathrooms were very ample. Towels, shampoo, and body wash were provided. Good food was less than a block away. Safe area.
