The lady at the front desk did not want to check me in , she checked in a few people that came in after me and made me wait and when it was time to give my card for incidentals she tell me to pull up my account to make sure I have money in it it was so embarrassing she made me feel less of a man luckily another worker stepped in and told me don’t worry about it and just checked me in HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Pros: The hotel was lovely the staff great us well and informed us about the basic layout of the hotel what time breakfast was the room smelt fresh a small fridge a coffee maker and what’s needed to make us a cup of coffee the sheets were clean and the pillows were arranged neatly the heater worked well Cons: Parking and this contributed to the 4 stars massively there’s a lot they refer you to walking distance from the hotel where it cost 38$ for 24 hrs 25$ for 12hrs the front desk gave me a receipt to show I was staying at the hotel but it’s a machine u pay for parking so that didn’t make a difference so keep that in mind and there’s also a 100$ hold will be put on your card

The first night was very cold in the room-despite the heat being on. I thought most hotels had 24hr engineers but unfortunately this was not the case. I only discovered upon checking out that the heat had to be cut on from a main source by the staff. Also, I needed towels & because housekeeping did not arrive until 10:00 a.m., the employee at the front desk advised I had to wait & it was 9:45 a.m. And lastly, the beds could use an upgrade.

Room was fine. Bed was comfy. Water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger and the water took a long time to warm up. Other than that everything was fine. Free breakfast was standard. Staff was very nice and helpful. The location is good. Chinatown/Reading Terminal Market are all walking distance.

The staff were great! the location ok - the recommended parking lot full - email with parking lot should offer choices? elevator very slow but ok - no complaints except breakfast could have been better - maybe hot water right next to the oatmeal? hot sauce? some potatoes?

Room 509 - Stayed one night. TV remote wouldn't let you punch in channels If your on 5 and pressed 20 it would say connection error. You can use the channel arrow keys only. Bathroom floor hadn't been maintained. I don't know for how long, but some drops fell after washing up from the sink area and you could visibly see the floor dirty. There was also two pieces of hair on the floor of the bathroom when I got there. The rug in the floor was damp and stale. It was quiet and peaceful in the room upon arrival but I realized the walls were hollow at around 9:30pm. Loud muffled voices voices could be heard from both ends. Checkout is at 11am - In the morning 9:30am the when I got back to the hotel the cart of the cleaning lady was passed my door as I was and packing belongings there was lot of noise outside and while taking a shower there was banging and something very heavy fell against the opposite side of the wall of where I was showering?! 10:58am the cleaning lady knocks on the door saying are you ready to go? I can wait if your not??!! She can clearly see that I'm ready and gathering my things. This lady was rushing indirectly since 9:30am The bed was made. AC worked. Heat worked but nasty smell. The lamp with the extra sockets and charging port was great for me I got to charge all my devices.
