The rooms were clean but the breakfast was really bad muffins and granola bars

Everything was in poor taste - smelly rooms, dirty bed linens, filthy carpeting throughout the entire hotel. They told us it was smoke free but there was cigarette odor everywhere. Don’t let the pictureS on the website mislead you.

It's nice that it is in the center of everything. However, the sheets were dirty, the hallways reeked of weed and cigarettes. We had no garbage can parking is over priced, charging every time you leave the parking lot.

Bare bones rough locationmaid was kinda rude. The elevator was supersl ow

everything was ok, front desk was very helpful,,, breakfast was ok

It was very clean. comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast.

The room felt stuffy and humid. The water cooler in the lobby was empty in the morning, and the tap water did not taste good. We asked numerous times to have the water cooler refilled and no one helped.

Self parking lot was expensive and far and valet parking was expensive. Room was on top floor and only one elevator has access to that floor. Needs updates.

Very disappointing about their “parking situation”! They DO NOT have their own parking lot at hotel, you actually have to park 2-3 blocks away in public lot plus you have to pay for that parking. I was not aware of this when booking the room...once I booked the room then the hotel sends me an email explaining the parking situation. And the way I booked my room I could not cancel without loosing my money. I will definitely searching other hotels for my next visit to Philadelphia.

2nd time staying. Perfect romp room. Would shag again

This was a very clean and well kept hotel. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The beds were worn and double beds not queen

The staff was great, and the breakfast was well stocked with lots of options, and the main entry was clean and spacious. The rooms were a bit claustrophobic, and oddly configured. Ours did not have an external window, but instead a 'fake' window that opened up onto a hall that seemed to go nowhere (and was primarily there so the air conditioner could circulate air?). I think a lot of the rooms face an interior wall. Not a bad place to stay if you plan to be out in the city most of your visit, decent location.

There was a chair in my room that had a stain on the seat. The chair should be cleaned or removed. Breakfast napkins were not available until after I had finished eating.

The Wifi didn’t work at all. The front desk couldn’t help me with that, so I had to exhaust my data plan. Also, I missed breakfast since it was served in Labor Day only until 9:30, while on weekends it is suppose to be served until 10.

It's bad enough that breakfast is horrible, but then they run out of food well before 10, the staff was useless, the bathroom looked to have mold and mildew, and then the cleaning staff did not clean our room. I would not recommend this place at all.
