The property was "ok", the staff i encountered was nice, but there were a few things that I didn't care for. Before I chose the property I looked at their website and it said on-site parking, which was a lie. There was a parking lot nearly a block from the property. It says secure on the site, but its an open lot with a lift gate that sometimes stays up. In the room the toilet paper holder was broken and dangling and the paper roll was just on top of the toilet. When flushed a strong sewage smell came up as well. There are no "do not disturb" placards for your room, my room door was loud and squeaky. The housekeeper didn't replace any coffee/ sugar (nor was there any stirrers availavle to begin with) when they cleaned the room, so i had to purchase coffee from the restaurant in the morning. The shower didnt have any body wash. Instead there was shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the shower. I'm sure it was an oversight because there was another bottlenof lotion by the sink. Good think I usually bring my own soap.Plus there was hair caught in the shower curtain.

The staff was honestly the worst part. Every interaction was strange. They all were fairly rude and the service in the restaurant was actually terrible. They were out of every single wine option, literally. It took hours just to order and get our food and the staff was not knowledgeable about the menu or anything else in the hotel. The valet were off putting to say the least. Constantly making rude commentary and were so far from helpful. The phone in the room didn’t work and there was no fitted sheet on either of the beds. This place has potential to be a great hotel but the staff and service made every interaction kind of suck.

People talking loudly in the corridor too long 2AM. Ice machine making loud noise. I am a handicap person taking blood thinner. There for I left early morning 4:30 am. Unfortunately I have to walk quite a long distance to the parked area because there is no Valet service till 7am. They should allow me to park close by.
