The rooms were nice and clean, and the hotel overall seemed clean.
What I did not like, the bed is way too mushy and soft, causing some back pain, and the pillows are way too thick, causing neck pain because of the position to put your neck in. As a physical therapist, these are horrible for ergonomics.
Also, 10 o'clock at night, they decide to play the NCAA men's basketball games very loudly down in the eating area when people are trying to sleep for an early morning rise. I was on the third floor and heard it very well.
Also, the morning breakfast was very disappointing for a place that looks so nice. I've eaten better at other facilities that were two star ratings. It would be nicer to make your own waffles, because the waffles that they made were very dense and very dry, and no amount of syrup was going to fix them... my son and I tried.
Also, limited cereal choices for children. Children do not like to eat bran. Another thing was the limited fruit of watermelon and honeydew, which looked like it was well past its prime with the watermelon, barely having any redness to it. And when I reported to the staff who was taking trays all she said was thank you have a good rest of your day. What kind of response is that?
So unless you're gonna get an omelette… Breakfast was very disappointing. We ended up having to eat food that we brought for later in the day as our breakfast.
