The Quality Inn Petaluma-Sonoma was just what we needed during a long road trip. The staff was very friendly and efficient, the room was clean and quiet, and the coffee in the morning was delicious.

What we liked: Early Checkin Could chose between upstairs/ground level room Rooms aren’t fancy but very clean, including very clean bathroom and towels Mattress and bedding super comfy, slept great Staff friendly Clean fridge and microwave Only thing that could have been better is the tv remote which did not work unless it was held to touch the TV Breakfast: Great breakfast buffet until 10:30 - everything you need to make a delicious breakfast burrito. Different types of bread and breakfast pastries. Different jams, honey, butter and peanut butter. 3 types of cereal. Different yogurts. A waffle making station with syrup. Oatmeal packets. Fresh fruit (bananas, oranges). 2 kinds of juice. Coffees, tea, hot cocoa.

Donnie provided the quickest and most efficient check in while also being friendly. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Nothing fancy. Good location without highway noise. We will NOT stay here again solely for how uncomfortable the bed was. At first it felt nice, but then no matter where on the bed you were, you sunk into a hole. It was terrible.

The property is well maintained. We stayed here for three weeks when we first came to the U.S. 13 years ago, and returning now felt great. The room is very clean with a few nice upgrades, and the staff were kind enough to give us the same room as before. Good breakfast and a safe, comfortable place to stay
