We loved our stay! We attended an expo and the location was perfect. It was also easy to get around with rental bikes despite the remote location compared to the center. The breakfast was high quality and our suite fantastic. There is an amazing sunset view from the roof top! Also the gym is one of the best ones I’ve seen in a hotel. Will definitely come back and would 100% recommend.

The room was clean and nice. When we arrived, the front desk attendant stated we only had a reservation for 2 adults. The reservation was booked for 2 adults and 2 children. When l explained to the attendant that it was booked for 4 people, they said that they weren’t able to verify this and that there was no rooms available that night. When the attendant was asked how this issue was going to be resolved, they were very uncaring and unhelpful. Finally they asked for my confirmation. When we went to our room, it was made up and ready for 2 adults and 2 children. Their attitude and unhelpful was not customer friendly.

The room was relatively clean however the restaurant and the breakfast areas were filthy!!! The old decor look covers up the true cleanliness of these areas and the hotel generally. I booked a room with 2 twin beds for 1 night and paid £400 5 nights before my stay. I was given a single room with 2 single beds joined together??????
