It's been a couple of weeks since we came back from Paris and honestly, the memories of our stay at Fraser Le Claridge still puts a wide, wide grin on our faces. From the moment we entered our One Bedroom Deluxe Suite and Diane, the ever-helpful and friendly front desk staff, opened the window doors to the balcony, we were deeply mesmerised by the beauty of Paris and its iconic Eiffel Tower. The view from our apartment was simply a vision and a dream come true. The apartment we stayed in was beautifully designed, spacious and immensely comfortable. The sofa on the first level of the duplex could be easily converted into a queen-sized bed. The cosy kitchen corner had all the appliances needed for cooking up a simple meal. The bathroom amenities, L'Occitane no less, were comprehensive. And there's plenty of cupboard and drawer space to put our things in. Also, the apartment's strong and consistent wifi was salvation from our badly-connected wifi routers. Situated right on Champs-Elysees, the world-famous shopping district of Paris, there is of course no lack of shopping and dining. It was easy to get around on one of the open top tour busses due to the many stops available along the stretch of Champs-Elysees. Every where was easily accessible, even by foot. Safety-wise, the security is tight at Le Claridge with just a small entrance and a security officer stationed there at all times. Guests have to tap or show their cards before being permitted entry. The morning breakfast available was simple yet delicious, with takeaway being offered as well. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at Le Claridge from Diane and the others at the front desk to the waiters at the cafe to the security officers. Thank you all for making our stay at Paris so wonderful and perfect.
We chose this property for its location, suite space and five star accommodation. We booked the "Kids Package" as we were traveling with two young children. When we arrived, the condition of our room was not what we expected and the welcome gift for the children was not there. The next morning I approached the reception. The Reception Manager quickly approached me and listened carefully to my feedback. She was incredibly attentive and took action immediately. The room was cleaned thoroughly, some furniture was changed and the manager stayed in close contact with us throughout our stay. She even delivered, personally, a Paris Candy Pop for the children on the last day with hand written notes. Her attention to the issues were equal to none and we are very grateful for that. On the property itself: Block B its pretty beat up and while the location is fantastic, if cleanliness and confort are important to you, for the price paid this may not be the best location to stay.
very good hotel .the staff were great location excellent breakfast good but not much choice for veggie great to learn that the hotel has complimentary llaundry machine phone for local calls is bonus pantry is excellent overall great value will surely return
Very nice hotel and in the center of the Paris every thing is close by . Restaurants malls shopping centers all were near by the hotel only walking distance I do advise my friends and family to stay at this hotel
We stayed here in September 2016 and absolutely loved the hotel. We Stayed in block C in an executive suite and were taken aback by how lovely and helpful the staff were and also the beautiful room itself. We found the breakfast to be expensive so we opted to dine outside of the hotel. As we had such a great experience previously we decided to come back (although above our budget for this trip as we had been travelling around France and Paris was our last stop). We required a check in at 12.30 and the staff member was very nice to deal with and gave us the option of taking a twin room (executive suite also) as it was ready. We took the room and stayed in block B. We were very disappointed in the room in comparison to the previous suite we stayed in which was over double the size. This was unexpected as although the beds were different as it was an executive suite we still expected the same luxurious room. Overall the room was still clean and comfortable and the staff were so lovely. However, we left feeling like we didn't get good value for money especially as we were returning guests and it is unlikely that we will stay there again.
We got a better deal than the website but they don't practice best price policy even we book directly. Do you homework. Theres no cancellation or refund. Good location and spacious apartment. I would think staying in a hotel if you require housekeeping services.
rooms are very good and location fantastic. service is excellent as Well, recommend to stay here. Many restaurants near by and probably thé best location for shopping. Eiffel tower just a short walk away. Will stay here again next time.
it's totally worth every penny spent great staff Right from the reception they make u very comfortable Very good and large size rooms Great location near all shopping and restaurants Overall a wonderful experience
We recently spent 45 days at the Le Claridge Champs-Elysees for a special stay and the hotel lived up to our expectations. I would recommend the hotel and without hesitation go back. The people at the hotel were wonderful and the service was outstanding! Everyone's attention to detail and service was beyond expectation! This includes everyone from When we arrived we were greeted by Mizher at the front desk. He was extremely friendly and personable as well as professional, efficient and he was very accommodating in answering our questions and providing advice also he made a special effort to obtain a room upgrade for us because of the Le Claridge Rewards status. We had better service provided by the butler Mohd Zakir who helping us with our suitcases, he was super friendly and nice ! He greeted us warmly each time we passed him during our stay. Overall, very comfortable staying there and would stay there again during a future visit to Paris.
Our Butler Mohd Zakir was a Godsend what a gentleman they sure dont make them anymore The weather was great n some rain he was always available with n umbrella. In Sesotho is sambrela The place is cool language is a problem when it suite some of the employees. But Will recommend with advise for management to understand the world is not French neither are your patrons
