The views from our hotel room of Notre Dame and street activity around it are spectacular. There are endless great places to eat and shop right nearby. Nearby too is the public transportation stop. Notre Dame is the hub of Paris. The staff at the front desk was very bright, friendly and accommodating. They helped us immensely. Some might find that ride to the upper floors in the small elevator to be awkward. We thought that it was fun on every elevator ride and in the small bathroom we had fun too.

Great location. Close to multiple restaurants and Norte Dame is across the street. The RER B line station is a few yards away for those who want to take the light train from CDG airport. There is a hop on hop off bus stop and there is a BatoBus stop on the river. Small elevator and shower but most European hotels of this size have a similar issue, and the location and friendly staff more than makes up for this. Last but not least, while central, the location is far from the usual public demonstration sites.

Great location. You can take the RER B from CDG to the hotel. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. The Batobus stop is across the street on the river. Shower is a little bit of challenge for those not used to European shower sizes, but it’s a minor sacrifice. Great place overall.

The location and Notre Dame views can’t be beat, especially if it’s you’re first trip to Paris. We were able to walk to many landmarks and enjoyed the neighborhood cafes and restaurants. Of course this prime location means you’re in a very busy, high traffic area and it can be noisy, but the windows do a sufficient job of blocking most noise. The room was small but clean and the decor is very fun. We had no complaints with our stay and would recommend.

The view was spectacular! The customer service was great. The noise from on the boats at night and sirens stank. The carpet on the floor, walls and ceiling was the perfect setting for a vampire mystery.

Across the street from Notre Dame, brief walk to Metro and the train from the airport, and easy walk to many attractions. Lovely, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and quirky nice decor. Noise from the street can be annoying otherwise this is a perfect place to stay in Paris.

The hotel is centrally located within a safe and cafe heavy area of Paris. The rooms are quirky and very clean. The staff is friendly. Only down side is no mini bar in our room

Hotel was in a great location close to the metro station and close proximity to amazing restaurants and touristy attractions. The hotel room was a decent size for two people, however the bathroom had no shower curtains and just a tub with a shower hose, if you want to shower you have to lean down the tub. Also, its strange that you have to return your room key to the front desk when you leave. We placed a "do not disturb" sign visibly on our door and the maid still came in regardless of the sign. The front desk personnel was not very friendly.

Excellent location - close to major landmarks as well as the metro - close to multiple eating establishments - safe and secure - friendly and helpful staff - clean and well kept rooms / hotel -

Perfect location for visiting Notre Dame and Ike de la Cite. You step out the door and into a great view of the Cathedral. The corner is busy until all hours with bustling night life and their are bars and restaurants aplenty. The hotel itself has a delightfully kitschy feel with funky carpet and wall paper choices. The restroom left a little to be desired. Furnishings were nice quality but cramped.

The location and view from the hotel is great. Staff was very nice. Small rooms but cozy.

The rooms were spacious, clean, service was professional and friendly, and overall a very pretty hotel. The effort taken to give you that Parisan feel was appreciated and enjoyed. Connections to several routes of hop on off bus tours right in front. Big night life behind hotel. Walking distance from all kinds of good stuff including a Parisian Dept Store. We would open window, day or night, and take in the beauty of Notre Dame along with the Parisian sounds while in hotel. Our stay there was dreamy... and icing on cake... They give you comfy robes! Never had that before! 100% recommend

Got the top floor with the Notre Dame just outside our window. Very artistic and comfortable. Hotel staff was always pleasant and helpful. Am going to stay here every time I go to france!

The room with a "view" was a joke. Only very few rooms have a view that reaches above the tree in front of the Notre Dame (see how in one pic the tree in front of Notre Dame doesn't have leaves on it? Yeah, it totally covers the view for all rooms on the lower floors when it's got leaves). We complained our first night about the view (they went "oh!? that's our best room!" HA!) and had to wait to get moved on our last night. What a waste of money!! The floors were weird and lumpy, the beds were flat old and tired, the staff were not particularly helpful or friendly (I felt like any question or hello was an inconvenience to them), and the rooms were TINY. I mean, I've stayed in hotels in NYC that are small, but these were arranged in such an odd way that moving around the room was difficult. Entering one of the rooms, I'd constantly drag the curtains along with me because there was nowhere to walk but right against them. When I wrote my entire review in their internal review process, they sent back a long email that told me all the reasons I was wrong (I'm guessing I'll get a reply on here as well saying all the reasons they're right and I'm wrong--total lack of customer service on their part). I stayed in hotels in Dublin and London the days prior to my stay here and had zero problems. I travel twice a month and have had literally no issues with hotels (ever!) until this place, I promise I'm not some diva. This place was just a total disappointment, don't be fooled!

you really can't get any better location than this hotel, right across the river from notre dame. the only drawback i had was that the free internet was horribly HORRIBLY slow. also, this is one of those hotels that doesn't have a shower curtain or door, so you have to adjust your shower-taking habits accordingly!
