Hostel was pretty to easy to find and close to a metro station. The staff are friendly and helpful. I also like that you get free breakfast if book direct; although the breakfast wasn't very interesting. I liked that they had activity nights so on the first night there was free pasta and the second night was a film night with free popcorn - great way to meet people. Unfortunately the other 2 nights the activities never happened despite being advertised. The dorm room and bathroom were both fine; comfy bed, privacy curtain, charging point per bed and locker for belongings. My only real issue with the place is the noise of the traffic from the road outside and the noise from the bar downstairs. Because there's no aircon the window needed to be open and there was constant sirens, horns honking, drunk people talking loudly outside - it made it difficult to get a decent nights sleep.

It was quite easy to arrive to this hostel from the airport using subway transportation. The directions given by the hostel are clear and concise. Upon arrival, the hostel upgraded us from a dorm to a private room, which was so kind of them. The canal is beautiful and has great bars and some boat rides available. Staff is multilingual, which is always appreciated. There is a sports bar below the hostel with local beer that tastes great. Recommend this hostel!

Stayed here just one night in a 12 bed mixed dorm, room was very spacious and curtains provided good privacy but watch your head in the bunks as they are a little low! Nearest metro was about 8mins walk with a small supermarket nearby. All staff seemed busy and breakfast was basic but quality. Only issue, mens bathroom was on opposite end of my room down a long corridor. Its a big hostel. The receptionists were polite and approachable. There was an American girl who I found to be quite pleasant! Good hostel

We booked for 2 nights in 6 beds women floor,it was safe and clean, wifi good, the bfast was just basic.friendly staff,,just bring big locks for the safety box under your bed, need to deposit money for your towel.the lake was dirty,if you Don’t have problem with dorm place with too many backpackers youngsters.then it’s best place for you.but it’s far from all tourist attractions.

Paris is no easy city for any tourist, and this hostel was a great homebase. The incredible staff helped with every imaginable request or question, going far above and beyond the call of duty. Large as the hostel may be, it runs like clockwork. It's clean, it vibrant, and there's always something going on. It's basically been my nightlife during my stay in Paris, and I was completely happy with that. Also, when Agoda screwed up my reservation to a criminal degree (charged me $321 for 5 nights in a private room, then paid the hotel half to book me in a 8-person dorm), the hotel's own staff went to war for me against Agoda. They spent hours on the phone with Agoda's truly evil customer service staff, and allowed me to use their landline while I waited more hours on hold as well. Essentially, they helped me through the booking nightmare of a lifetime (never use Agoda under ANY circumstances!) I can't recommend the place enough, but book it directly via the hostel itself.

I had a very good experience visiting this hostel. It had a beautiful placement right by the canal. The banks were filled with people at night, so the life in the area was amazing. The common area was also very lively and a great place to make friends. The only problem would be, that it was far from the center (which gave me the opportunity to explore some non-touristy spots, which was really nice), and you have to take a metro to get there. Plus, the neighbourhood didn’t necessarily seem like the safest area to walk around alone at night...

This hostel was good. The showers were alittle annoying, you have to push a button for water every some odd seconds, water was hot though, but everything else was great, from the food to the curtains on the beds. The staff was pretty nice. I did not use the laundry though.

We stayed here for 6 days during a heat wave in Paris, so the rooms were hot. They didn’t have any fans which made the circulation of air unbearable at times. The rooms are big and the curtains are nice, except they trap the heat. The showers could use a shelf for your items, but it’s only a slight inconvenience. The free breakfast is limited, but free, which is a plus. It’s only free if you book through their website though. I was given a key card that barely worked and when I complained she told me it was the lock on the door, but my friend had no issues with hers. I was disappointed they didn’t listen to me and just give me a working card. At some point it just stopped working all together and was then finally given a replacement. They have a strict one person per bed policy, which is great, until one of your bunkees brings home a boy and security barges in and flips on the light at 3am to kick him out. Overall, I enjoyed the location, the size of the room and the cleanliness. But I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

As the caption mentions, its an amazing hostel at an affordable price range just 400 mts from the metro station and situated just besides the canal which makes it accessible for a breezy evening stroll. We had taken a private room which had a sharing bathroom but nonetheless never had any problem. The staff was very helpful, forthcoming and suggested us places to visit . Though a bit far from the city center e.g Eiffel tower is around 35-40 minutes by metro but metro connectivity is very good. The place is quite safe and we never had any problem or encounters with pickpockets as heard.

When I checked in at 230, the sheets had not been changed, but when I came back around 630 it had been fixed. Good easy access, storage for belongings under the bed, 2 outlets per bed. Showers due have a timer on them, but it is not too bad. It is a bit far from the city centre, but close to several metro locations. There was a sink in the room which was nice. I was able to check out at 630am with no problems. The room its self was large and spacious even in a dorm with 10 beds.
