Very warm welcome after a tiring overnite flight. Arrived in early morning, but staff offered to get our room ready in 15 minutes. We were served complemetary fresh squeezed juice and coffee while we waited. Best part-a loaner smart phone to use for free global calls and google map use while tourng Paris. Great helpful staff. Upgraded our room which included a great bathroom with both shower and tub.

Great location allowing us to walk to all the sites. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet.

This is an older hotel that has been completely remodeled. Rooms are true to the pictures shown online. The deluxe room is very spacious by European standards and comfortable. Does have elevator to 5th floor, but if on 6th will need to do some spiral stair walking, which is no problem. Only reservation available was with breakfast included. It consisted of scrambled or poached eggs, bacon, fresh juices, fruit, etc. Very nice selection. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking fluent English. As we spent part of our vacation in London and only needed a smaller bag, the hotel held our luggage for several days while we were gone. Worked out well and did check back into the hotel when we returned from London. By American standards, this is truly a gem!

The hotel was located in a central position for experiencing all of the city. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. Suggestion: coffee / tea or hot water should be available to complete what the hotel has to offer its guests.

There were bed bugs and we got bit by mosquitos every night in the room. We killed about 6 mosquitos a night and they kept coming back. Also, at night we could here people walking above us. On the upside, the location was terrific.

This hotel looked great online, and looked just as nice when we arrived. We had to wait until 5pm for check-in (despite the fact that check-in was listed as 12PM). Even at 5pm, there seemed to be a problem with the readiness of our room. After waiting for a few more minutes, we were finally shown to our room. The room and bathroom were very nice, but we learned later that the bed and pillow are terribly uncomfortable, and the room never seemed to get cool (even with the AC on the lowest setting). Further, there was incredibly lound noise on our first night (loud music and talking coming from somewhere) and the hotel had a "so what" attitude when we asked about it the next morning. Then, there were no clocks in the room and the staff was 20 minutes off with our wake-up calls on each morning (we almost missed a tour because they woke us up 20 minutes late). Finally, we stayed 4 nights and they never replaced any of the amenities, even after we had used them. While I was not expecting the Four Seasons with this hotel choice, I was expecting something more comfortable from this boutique hotel.
