The location, decor, above ground pool, game room, and the attention to details made this home a great rental. We had an unexpected, circumstantial issue with the AC going out prior to arrival, and we were notified via phone call by the owner prior to arriving. The owner had a window unit in each room and 2 portable air conditioners for living room bedroom. It was uncomfortably warm, but we were thankful for their attempt to offset the discomfort and the monetary refund to show their concern and understanding of our discomfort. Regardless, we had a great vacation with a roof over our heads in a safe neighborhood every night. Our kids said we were living in luxury this trip. I would recommend this home to others.
