I like the aesthetic of the room. Clean, simple.
Overall, customer support is ok. When I checked in, my hands were super full, and no one asked if I needed things sent up to the room or needed help. Odd for a reputable hotel.
There is a gym. Nothing else. No spa.
There is tiny, and beautiful Japanese garden. But it’s not like you can stay there. No seating. Also there is a constant loud noise of AC fans from the roof of the building.
The restaurant is ok. It’s in the first floor, and there is smell that travels through the building.
I ordered breakfast to the room. The deliver was ok. I was expecting more “good morning, do you want me to take off my shoes, can I enter?” But nope. Very super quick and bye.
Not returning unfortunately. I’ll stick to the other high end hotels.
