The location of the hotel is very good as it is close to everything in the Palo Alto area. The decor is nice and the staff is very friendly. However, the hotel rooms did not live up to our expectations. The rooms are dimly lit and there is only one light for the entire room. The bathroom is well lit but our shower leaked water during showers and caused a real hazard as water would pool right outside the shower and could cause potential slips. There is no refrigerator in the room (this should be standard, but is not the case in all hotels), so bring your own cooler. The biggest issue is the hotel room walls are thin. We could hear everything from people conversating in the sitting area outside of our room, to the guests upstairs walking around the room that sounded so loud. This was really disappointing and made it extremely hard to get good sleep.

Clean property. Good location for football game at Stanfurd stadium. Our room had a weird floorplan, with the wardrobe on one side of the bed, so I had no nightstand, reading light, or outlet to plug in my phone next to the bed.

Pleasant. It was enjoyable and relaxing. Expensive but close to the airport and downtown. Not much traffic in the commute. Breakfast is bad unless you like scrambled egg from powder and synthetic fake sausage bread slices. Excellent staff.
