The staff was very friendly and helpful. A member of the staff greeted my two kids and gave them each a rubber ducky. Our room was very clean and met our needs. Breakfast could have been better but you can’t expect too much from an included breakfast. I would stay here again if I needed a place to stay in the area.

Room appointments are very tastefully done. Beds and sofas are comfortable. Nice and peaceful. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware for quick meals. Suite was spacious.
Easy check-in, very good free breakfast, underground parking was convenient. And very reasonably priced given the location.

There's so many good things about this hotel. Here are some of the high points I don't know how they did it, but they packed a large hotel into a small space. There's the clean, well-lit, gated underground parking. Went to the breakfast buffet once. It was a nice spread. Loved the clean bathroom. Nothing dingy or smelly about it. The room also included DirecTV on a large flat panel display The kitchenette had a real fridge, a microwave, a small stove and a dishwasher. And a pool. Not a big pool, but it looked clean and nice.

We are frequently in the Palo Alto area and this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff was very very nice and very accommodating. We were extremely comfortable and the room was amazing.. We will definitely stay again...
Though this hotel is on a busy street, it was very quiet inside. My king studio suite was very comfortable and clean and relatively new. Great to have a kitchenette. There was not a lot of natural light in the room, but this was not a problem for me since it helped me sleep better. I booked on a weekend, and the rates are much better than during the week, which made my stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is included, and the food was okay, though not fantastic. What you would expect from a "free breakfast". I would definitely stay again.
