it was close to where we wanted to be .

Clean room but need updated and broken stuff fixed. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The internet access/broadband was terrible to the point of being non-existent. Location and building structure prevented me from getting decent cell service, so I was dependent on the WiFi which didn't work. The front desk reset their main router several times and I even worked with their remote IT person to no avail.

This hotel was Very clean and the staff were very nice

It was convenient, easy parking and clean, except the carpet in the room was ripped in several spots and looked really dirty and old. One of the light filtering curtains was missing. The room darkening shades were present. Staff was curteous.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms, great breakfast.

Close to Stanford university, food and shopping. Needs a place to eat your breakfast (that's not out in the cold). You have to get it in the lobby and take it back to your room.

Easy to get to. Nice accommodations. Was within walking distance of a variety of places to eat. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast itemsthe hotel offered. Staff was nice. Overall, it was similar to most hotels and it met my needs for my trip. Only downside was the rooms did nit filter out noises very well.

Great location, comfortable room. Breakfast was very good. Waffles, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage tater tots, bananas, apples, toast, cereals, juice, coffee or tea. Staff was attentive and friendly. We did have trouble getting our room to the right temperature. They have the type of furnac3/air conditioner units below the front window with a dial for warmer/cooler. We kept adjusting it, but it stayed overly hot. When we turned it down, the A/C would go on. It seemed comfortable, but we woke up roasting. I prefer the thermostat on the wall. Everything you need was provided, microwave, refer, sink outside the shower/tub area. Nice.

Room was very outdated. Ripped carpet. Heater makes very loud noises. Had to turn it off at night because I couldn’t fall alsoeep with it making a loud clicking noise. Didn’t appear very clean!!! In the morning somebody left a dirty McDonald’s bag on our car! Rude!

we stayed one night with my aunt/uncle...the rooms are nice...but my uncle is 70 yrs old, cancer survivor, he felt cold and we request an extra blanket...was given a "mattress cover"....he said he did not have any extra blanket...this customer service is "failing"....never in 27 yrs I travelled in the US has encountered this ...we are upset...NOT recommended...

Rooms was too close to main road "El Camino Real" and the traffic noise was just too much. Need to be more sound proof by installing double pane windows and doors without gaps.

This hotel was a decent price and a great location close to Stanford University. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming. The only small problem we had was loud neighbors, but the office staff was wonderful to work with and helped rectify the situation. Overall great hotel in a wonderful location.
