Enough towels for each person to have more than 1. Hand towels, washcloths. Heat in the community area's like the living room and kitchen. Window coverings that block the lights from the backyard or from next door. The first bedroom on the left has a mattress that is very uncomfortable. The home was clean however all the furniture has stains on it. there was a broken chair in the backyard which was dangerous(we reported this). The host was pleasant and quick to respond once our stay began. The name of the listing is deceiving it says Stanford not EPA. In the description it says Palo Alto not EPA until you get the final. there is a large difference between these 3 cities.

Fantastic Stay for my Family out of time

The property was enjoyable for my family of 8. They liked that some of the rooms were detached from the main property, giving more privacy. They were comfortable throughout the entire time and enjoyed their stay for my wedding. The property manager was very communicative and clear regarding logistics of the property. Thank you so much for the hospitality!
