The house was exactly as decribed and seen in the pictures- no surprises whatsoever- which if you've used VRBO before, is very appreciated. I also knew exactly what supplies would be there so I could prepare adequately. It was a beautiful house and the gated community was perfect!If you have a large group and need a good amount of rooms and bathrooms, this is your house. Thank you, Sharon!

The hot tub and pool were excellent, and the kids especially enjoyed the theater room and pool table. For a home of this size, additional seating in the living room would improve overall comfort. The floors could have been cleaner upon arrival, and it would be helpful to note that pool towels are not provided. Additionally, guests planning a longer stay may want to bring extra kitchen essentials, as supplies beyond the basics are limited.

We loved everything about the property itself. It was as advertised. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. I would VRBO here again. My only complaint is parking was a challenge. We could barely fit 4 cars in the driveway and they weren’t allowed to block the sidewalk so we had to get creative to fit 4. All others had to park down the street or at the community center. Not a big deal but definitely a minor inconvenience. I’d still use this location again. Great home, great price and the owner was very responsive.

This was the perfect place for our family of 11! Everyone enjoyed the pool, game room and movie theater was amazing!! There was a Walmart and Chick-fil-A so close you could walk! The drive to the parks was quick and easy! All my questions were answered promptly! I would definitely recommend this one!!

Host was very responsive! Back sliding door wouldnt lock so we used a broom. Zero pool towels which is odd with a house with a pool. Other than that house was good. Hosts says door will be fixed asap.

Beautiful and spacious home... clean and highly functional. Host responds quickly and addresses questions/problems promptly. We wished there was a covered outside area around the pool, as Florida heats up and cover from the sun is needed. We purchased an outdoor oversized umbrella and made it work. Warning: be careful in the theater room. Wall where screen is located is a foam wall and easily perforated. One of my heavier guests leaned against it and fell as it gave way (cracked)... I made host aware and she was very understanding. I'd recommend this property for anyone looking for an affordable place for a larger group. All bathrooms properly functional and it has two laundry rooms! Common areas are spacious and bedrooms are all comfortable and a generous size. The Kitchen has two full sized refrigerators and two dishwashers and is equipped with the necessary utilities. We enjoyed being a guest in this home.

Overall the house was nice. The sauna did not get hot even though we paid for it to be heated. There was still trash in the bin outside when we got to the home.But they did eventually come pick it up. One of the refrigerators still smelled like leftover tuna Fish/seafood, so we only use 1 of the refrigerators. Door knob broken on the upstairs bathroom. Other than that it was good.
