We needed an affordable hotel at the last minute, and Sleep Inn & Suites Orlando was a great choice. We slept well — the beds were clean and comfortable, and the towels and carpet were also clean. The room even smelled fresh, which we really appreciated. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice bonus. More than anything, we appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff — that’s what truly earned this stay 5 stars. Thank you Amir! With a few additional renovations, it would be golden!

When I pulled in to the parking lot I actually thought the hotel may have been abandoned. There were plastic store bags blowing in the wind and all manner of debris in the portico. We went inside and the scent of bleach accosted your senses to the point it irritated our throats. The lobby is old and tired. There was a couple of folks who appeared homeless hanging around the front desk. The room, while neat, smelled so much of mildew that my asthma acted up. Glad we were only there to sleep before getting on a flight thr next morning.

Had a short-notice reservation, the staff during late check-in was great, room was recently redone and very clean, and the continental breakfast hit the spot. I've stayed at other 2-3 star hotels nearby that were similarly priced but this was much nicer! Will stay here again when dropping into MCO on no-notice.

The hotel is older but clean. The front desk black female was very kind and professional. My key cards would not work properly. My bed felt like I was sleeping on springs. The breakfast had rotten brown black bananas and the oranges were so soft you could not peel them. I had a breakfast sandwich out of the fridge but it was frozen solid. It burned while microwaving. The staff were friendly , helpful and kind.

Great experience at Sleep Inn & Suites Orlando International Airport. The hotel was clean and quiet, the room was comfortable, and the bed was very good for resting after a long day. Breakfast was fresh and convenient, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The location near the airport made everything very easy. Overall, excellent value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Lobby is nice. The room is dated and needs a refresh. It’s not dirty though. Just odd little things like lights flickering and aesthetic things- but it’s clean and comfortable and safe so I can’t complain, I just wouldn’t rave about it. Breakfast is pretty weak, don’t book expecting a lot there. You’ll get a waffle maker, cereal, apple juice, pre-packed pastries; again, nothing wrong with this, just on the weaker side when you’re booking with a hotel advertising breakfast. Staff was nice, no issues, easy to check in and out. Solid place just don’t expect outstanding- if you go in with that expectation you won’t be disappointed.

Our stay was quick, but very comfortable. The beds were soft and fluffy, the room was spotless and clean. And the staff checking Us in and out at night was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Gentlemen that was working when I checked in was very courteous. Hotel seems to need some updates but cant complain for the price. Only complaint I would say is evidently the maintenance staff started I would assume drywall work and banging and construction started 8:30 am. My flight didnt leave till 3 so, being able to sleep in would have been nice.
