We stayed at this property over the weekend, and I’m writing to report a serious safety issue in our room. My husband had an accident right where the bathroom door connects with the main room door. A piece of metal was sticking out from that area, and he stepped on it, resulting in an injury. This is especially concerning as we were staying with our 9-month-old baby, who was crawling throughout the room. The exposed metal presents a serious hazard, and we’re deeply worried that it could have harmed our child. We hope this issue can be addressed immediately to prevent anyone else from getting hurt. Please let us know how you plan to resolve this, and if a report or compensation will be provided for the inconvenience and risk involved.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Upon arrival, I found a rotten apple under the bed, which made it clear that the room had not been properly cleaned before my stay. The towels smelled musty and unpleasant, making them unusable without requesting replacements. Even worse, the bathroom sink had visible pink mold, showing a serious lack of attention to hygiene. This was not the level of cleanliness or care I expected, and it really impacted my overall experience.

Cleanliness could be better

Room not very clean. Bathroom floor and shower had a lot of hair and specially short dark curly hair. Arrived late at night and was only there for 2 nights. We cleaned the shower fhe next day as cleaning lady didnt get to my room until after 5pm.. breakfast area was very messy... i know was busy weekend. The crew serving behind the breakfast counter not very friendly..
