Property manager was excellent . Great communication between us and Mannys team. Been coming to Florida last 10 winters and Manny was the Best property manager we’ve done business with. Stay memorial weekend 2022

The property is really nicely kept but the neighborhood it’s in isn’t. We had people shouting from the roof next door and when we came back the same neighbour was sitting on our doorstep!! Also the pool was quite a walk away from the property and lock all kids sat there all the time! Also kids ringing the doorbell asking for Steve on 3 separate occasions!! Had a nightmare checking in as wrong house code given as well!! Wouldn’t stay again as didn’t feel safe in the area.

Property was great. Easy to find and close to everything. it was a 3 bedroom/3 bath and fit our family perfect. The only negative thing I would have to say would be there were 2 roaches, 1 frog and 1 lizard found inside the property (all dead), but other than that it was perfect.
