The stay was good, but there were too many cockroaches, and three of them landed on me in the same night on the bed. That was the only thing.

The staff was all very friendly and polite… Now, the first room I was given was a horror scene when I opened the door. Beds were pulledacross the room with bare mattresses. Trim was falling off the wall and the room was generally filthy. We originally had plans elsewhere the week prior but had to cancel last minute due to an emergency. We booked this place as a last resort to not lose our entire vacation after losing hundreds on missed the previous booking. If we had not just finished a long consecutive drives for our trip and weren’t so exhausted, we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. We stayed 3 nights total. The beds are pretty old and pillows are like flat pieces of cardboard. One nights when returning from Universal, we were met by three police officers responding to some sort of incident in the hotel. We listened to several couples in screaming matches throughout our stay. One night we had a block party in the parking lot with loud music and people carrying on until early hours of the morning. We have two small dogs and some of the people here just let their dogs unleash and harass mine in the lobby. I had to literally tell them to get their dogs because they just stood there smiling. We killed several water bugs in our room, there were dried boogers on the bathroom wall, rusty tub, exterior building doors are not secure, and in general there are some weird looking people here and I suspect some drug usage. This place reminded me more of a creepy hostel.

First room the smoke alarm wouldn’t stop beeping, second room the bathroom door would barely open, roaches under the bathroom sink, no stopper for the tub, air conditioning sounded like it was going to take off like an airplane. Not to mention the fighting of the people in the room next to me… smh

I felt racially profiled. I booked my room late that night and when I arrived the lady with the whit hair perturbing though her chin n a mole …. She was counting silvers with her back turned to us and she heard us saying goodnight n she never responded which was very rude. Then she proceeded to count money like she intentionally wanted us to wait. Then she comes to us and says she doesn’t know why Expedia allowed me to book the room because they don’t have any rooms available. Then she says here this is the cancellation receipt call Expedia to get a refund. She didn’t assist us with the call. I find it very hard to believe that the entire motel all of the rooms were booked. She look at me n my boyfriend like we were filth. We are from the Bahamas n we are never going back to Orlando n we will tell everyone on social media about our experience there at that motel 6.

Room smelled like smoke & there was even cockroaches. I shouldve left the moment I walked in the room but we decided to stay for the location. No hair blowdryer, no cabinets, extra tissues. Whenever you need something, you have to go to the front counter yourself and the the ladies were so rude. Pls stay away from this place if you don't want to get sick.

They were very rude at check in. She did ask for id of everyone over 18. I handed her my id and drilled me for the rest. Even after I said I was the only one. And she verified the reservation for 1. She still wanted more ID’s. The tub drained slow. Musty smell. Run down. Hallway dirty. Little water pressure. Rundown room.

WORST place I’ve EVER stayed! Power went out when we tried to use microwave 3 times so they put us in another room mid-stay. Both rooms had multiple roaches - on walls & in sink! Pool was “out of order” & unusable. No remotes would work the TVs so it was unwatchable. Paper thin drapes. Outside doors unlockable. Drug addicts & shady characters throughout. Elevator was stuck. No towels, no room cleaning. The smell of the entire facility was so awful, even with keeping all of our bags tightly zipped to keep the roaches out, even clothes we didn’t wear had to be washed after getting home because they retained the strong smell of smoke & unwashed dogs!

Never again!

Unfortunately, poor quality staff ( people that would like to be working elsewhere ) ... no welcome attitude. Very poor building maintenance. Doors and walls that desperately need to receive better care. The hall carpet looks like haven't seen a vacuum cleaner in many months. We stayed just one night and in the morning we received greetings from a cockroach and dozens of little ones running around in the bathtub. After that, do you think we would stop at dining room?!? See you later. I'm sorry to say, but never again.
