The room and building was neglected at all levels. Several wall stains poorly painted. Rugs in the room were heavily stained. Refrigerator in room did not cool. The ice machines were inoperable on all floors. Coffee was constantly not made in the mornings.

The room did not have bath towels for me to use for showering in the morning, when I went downstairs in the morning for bath towels all the front desk person had available was hand towels, when I got back up to my room my key cards were not working and my partner had to let me back in, thankfully she was there. And the water pressure for the shower sucked.

Super disappointed in this place. Beautiful property and yet nothing works. We stayed for four days and for three of those days, we only had lukewarm water. I called the front desk and they assured me they would have maintenance take care of it. The next day we returned back to the room after full days at Disneyworld and still had only lukewarm water. The guy at the desk said there was a major problem with it but it wasn’t being fixed. The shower head was so dirty it was spraying water over the shower curtain and no one ever came to swap that out. The toilet seat was missing a screw on one side so it slid all over the place. The water in the sink barely came out. We called and were told that they had a jacuzzi but when we arrived it was empty and the front desk said it hadn’t worked in weeks. We needed to do laundry so we ordered some detergent from door dash. When it arrived, we went to do the laundry and found that they weren’t working. We again asked the front desk and he said those hadn’t worked in a long time either. The only reason I gave them a second star is because the property beautiful and the front desk staff were super nice. Except the girl, she was horrible. I would never stay here again. I can’t believe an owner would be so lazy or cheap that he wouldn’t fix all of the problems his property has. Find another place to stay.

Lack of professionalism from the staff at the dining area. They were very rude to us the moment they came to know that we had free breakfast included in our booking, and we won’t be ordering anything extra. They made us feel totally unwelcomed there. We had hot water issues in our room. Very unlike Hilton. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room never had hot water. We called and the issue was never resolved. They just said they would take a look at it. Mind you the temperature was in the 30s and 40s. Taking a shower with cold water was the worse especially for my wife and daughter. While there we never got clean towels. They said they were all out. Aside from that, no one was ever in the front desk after 9pm.

There was a lot that went wrong with this stay. When we first got there there we had to wait 20-30 minutes just for someone to check us in since no one was at the front desk. Once they gave us our keys to our room the keys would not work. We had to walk downstairs more than 5 times to try to reactivate the keys. They still wouldn’t work. A maintenance guy had to use a master key to open the room for us. We asked what was going to happen he said he would try to fix it if he couldn’t then someone would come the next day to fix it if not we’d get another room. We left and came back later that evening and were told to call the front desk to have someone come open the door for us which we had to wait nearly 45 minutes before I still had to go downstairs and tell them we were still waiting. He said he gave the maintenance guy the wrong room number. When we got into the room we were going to lay down but the sheets were dirty so we called downstairs again to have new sheets brought to us which we had to wait 15 minutes before we had to go downstairs again since no one ever came up. Additionally, the bathroom sink was not draining and the mini fridge was not working either. I was so frustrated with them at this point I wanted a new room but they were booked for the night. Thankfully they put us in a new room the next day but by no surprise those sheets were dirty as well. Other things that are just crazy is you have to pay $27/night for parking and you have to pay for breakfast.

No heat the thermostat in the room was broken, no actual curtains in the front room only a shade that people can see through. The light on the balcony did not have a switch so it was very bright and on all night disturbing our sleep. The floors in the room were very dirty as if it never gets moped my socks were black from the dirt with only walking on the floor after an hour.
