The property was clean looked beautiful to me and it was quiet if I can afford to trip next year to the same place I will go there it was very comfortable
Enjoyed our Spring Break vacay at CoCo Key! Not our first visit here. Noticed and liked the upgrades to the facility from previous visits! It’s always on our revisit list!
It was seven of us in our trip during spring break. We had two separate hotel rooms the kids had an excellent time at the water park which was included in our resort fee the food was awesome the drinks, were great the game room was awesome everything was fun the staff was professional and friendly. The resort has a gate you are safe and has adequate parking
Hotel was just okay. The pool and waterpark area was nice, kids enjoyed it. The breakfast is very expensive and very basic, only fresh fruit was grapes. I wasn’t ever able to get a hold of the front desk by phone and had to walk down. Coffee was never restocked in the room. We were “upgraded” but I think our original room would have been better. The room felt damp and dingy and the blinds didn’t close all the way so it was very bright in the morning.

Warm water in cool weather. Kiddie water park closed. Hotels need to adjust resort fee when amenities aren't received. That's robbery. Jacuzzi not hot enough. But overall it's good

I stayed at this resort a few years back and it was a little run down but not terrible so we decided to give it another try and this time was definitely better!! They have made some updates to the rooms and the play areas. My son had a great time, and so did I, the only issue I had was how early the water park closed, it closed at 5 but check in isn’t until 3 so we didn’t really have a lot of time there but the pool is open until 10 so we did take advantage of that. All in all it was a decent stay for a night after our cruise.
Great place to stay at in the Middle of Everything..
We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. We liked the Waterpark area, however the fact that people from outside could get a tickets for Waterpark and be at the property makes your experience not that pleasant. There were a lot of weird people with kids, no kids, with alcohol beverages by jacuzzi purchased outside, people looked like homeless and they were freely expolred hotel area without anybody checking on them entering not from the main entrance. Basically anyone can walk in, somebody will open the gate for you and you are there. Cleaning was ok, however our room was cleaned everyday after 5pm. We had to go get towels everytime we need it. Rooms are old but if you are not intending to spend time in there a lot like us, its ok. The location of the hotel is good, walking distance from most of the dining options and city attractions. There is also a free shuttle to amusument parks.
They charge more at the desk.
