It was just ok, nothing fancy. There was a stain on the couch and the decor could use an update, BUT I considered it an excellent choice for a stay because it is only 1 of 2 hotels in the area that do not allow pets. I’m allergic to animals and also don’t like laying my head where animals frolic so staying here gave me that peace of mind. However, they are wrong as two left shoes for charging for parking like it’s a 5 star hotel! I get it’s a downtown location and in most cities downtown stays garner higher rates and additional fees, but come on Omaha, that’s not where you guys are at. Omaha is too small to be charging their regular folks additional money to park in a parking lot that used to be vacant land. Not to mention they charge by the day even if you’re only there for a few hours. If you’re going to charge like it’s a big city, then please offer the big city experience

Very good property, we have stayed here two times now. And the pool is always open. The people are very nice. I wish I knew about the extra fees before buying the room. I didn't know you had to pay for parking as well witch is very stupid considering on how much a room already is. And another thing is I would change is the breakfast. Very poor. Not good at all besides the waffle things. You would think there would be more options for hot food other than eggs and potato and peppers smh. But other then that I absolutely love this place

Stayed here because it was on the way home. Parking is not included in your stay. It’s $10 to park and this hotel was $20 cheaper than the other ones in its area. Wish I spent the extra $20 for a better hotel. There was not matters cover on the bed, just thin bed sheets, which in a hotel seemed gross. One of the towels in our bathroom was dirty. The building is outdated, the carpets were old and breakfast wasn’t very limited. Again I wish I would have spent the extra $20 for a nice hotel.
