They had just opened the pool, but since it was outside and not a heated pool, we could not use it. The patio venue is only ok for people who enjoy consuming alcohol to use as that is what it was filled with and the Aria was more of a bar with a VERY limited menu. The food was good though, just VERY VERY limited. The breakfast buffet was standard fare for a hotel, nothing special but the servers were awesome! BEWARE THOUGH that you have to ask about the semi-validated parking passes (they cost $10/car/day) or they will not tell you and you will be charged by the hour. Also, if you like a firm, or even semi-firm pillow, bring your own. The pillows are extreme soft and offer very little neck support at all unless you bunch them up.

Spent the weekend here to attended a OKC Thunder game. The location was great. Within walking distance to the arena and downtown. Room was very clean! Would stay again.

We were given a room that someone else was already in. After the ordeal my husband had taking our luggage back down to the check in desk and wait in line again to report this. There was no acknowledgment of the mistake. We stay here every time we’re in OKC to see family, attend a concert or see the Thunder games. They could have offered a free breakfast or drinks, or a discount for a future stay. But it was treated as no big deal. With te new arena being built, this hotel has an amazing opportunity to refurbish their accommodations and how they handle guest relations.

Not recommended if you are looking for a 4-star type of hotel. The buffet breakfast was very disappointing for the cost. The room is very outdated. Staff was not friendly and could have done a better job to communicate with each other when guest was confirmed for late check-out and agreed to pay for the extra fee ($25/hour). Front desk people could have done a better job to inform me of the cost $20 (after I paid for $10 overnight parking) before giving me a “validated” parking ticket to get in and out of the garage multiple times during the day. This was finally waived as I explained noone informed me of this extra $20. See my review on Google for more details. I would not stay at this hotel again.
