Room was outdated. The curtains were torn. The light in bathroom was out but was able to fix it. The room was dark even during the day with the curtains pushed to the side & all the lights on. Staff was great. The shuttle times need to be more flexible.

Rooms - the pop up drain in the sink was so gross underneath that dirty particles came out from under and it wouldn’t drain properly. Air conditioning was inconsistent. Carpet is running up the walls and loose in some places so it hangs off the wall. Expedia says it is a free breakfast buffet but it costs $15 per person.

We stayed for 3 days/2 nights. Upon checking in and getting into the room, we noticed the toilet was running continuously. We went back to the front desk and were given a different room no problem. We get to the next room and the card reader would not work. We went back and forth 3 times before it worked. Was jenky the rest of the trip as well. We went to use the restroom and the handle to flush the toilet came completely out. It was late. The next morning, went to call the front desk to inform them about this...no cord for the phone. We just let them know at the desk on our way out for the day. Were informed it was fixed...it was not.

Overall, the stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Oklahoma City Airport was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had everything needed for a pleasant visit. The only downside was an interaction with the manager at the restaurant area (she stated she was manager of the hotel) regarding what appeared to be a double charge for food and a soda. When clarification was requested, the response felt a bit defensive, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was great.
