They never Refunded me their mandatory $40 dollar deposit fee. Ive called twice three weeks apart. Their response is our system shows refunded. Call your bank
Front door had a gap all the way around the trim. Bathroom door wouldnt shut all the way. Curtains would'nt cover all of.windows. parts of.the coffee pot were .missing
I was good. They microwaves and refrigerators in all rooms.
I called to change my reservation and the clerk wouldn’t help me at all. She was rude during the entire phone call.

The exterior of the motel needs revitalizing, but our room was fine. The bed seemed new and was comfortable. For $45 it was a bargain. My complaint is with the staff. At check-in I wanted to buy my daughter and I two bottles of water, and our only option was from a small fridge in the lobby as there is no vending. Each bottle was $1 so I gave the guy at the desk my card and was told he couldn’t take a card unless it was for the room. I don’t carry cash usually so I looked and found one dollar and instead of just being kind and allowing me to buy both bottles I had to put one back. C’mon, it’s a dollar! I just think it shows how cheap management is and not good customer service. The next morning we came down for breakfast 15 minutes before they stopped service and the maid staff was already taking over making food for themselves, and cleaning up meanwhile. My daughter had to wait in line behind them, which is pretty rude to the customers in the motel who were clearly not finished with the food yet. The woman at the front desk stared at us the entire time, as if watching to make sure we didn’t take our plate of muffins and toast up to our room. It was just a lot of little things that can use improvement with some staff training. I thought it was funny I asked for an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi tub and was told it was $50 more. No room in that motel is worth that. For $100 you can stay at the nice new Comfort Suites across the street and get your money’s worth.
It's not much to look at but room was clean and comfortable. It was 3 minutes from Bricktown, Bass Pro, the canal Toby Keith's bar and only 1 minute from I-40/I-35 interchange. It's on Reno street which takes you straight to Bricktown. It's also very close to where the Food Trucks are downtown. If you are used to economy motels, this is a good one.
Good it was clean, stuff was nice, I would stay there again.
Wouldn't recommend it looks nothing like the pictures
My first approach was not at all inviting. The stairs and walls looks to need repairs. My key to my room would not work half the time, I should have to go to the office every time I need to get into my room. If they are under construction then there should be a notice for customers to see. It was not worth what I paid. I have stayed at many Econo’s in the past this one was the worst by far. I will not stay at that location again.
Close to Down town OKC, was nice can get around with uber and they pick you up fast. Good location
when I got there my room was not ready but the staff was very friendly and gave me some ideas on where to find something to eat, the room was ready in about 15 minutes ( I should say that I was way early for check-in) The room was clean and comfy. The door could use some better locks but they worked ok. The free breakfast was not what I pictured but Waffle House is near by. All in all I would say it was good. I would stay there again.
This was the first time reserving a room so far from brick town. Seemed a little sketchy at first glance when we arrived. After the first night we felt comfortable enough to sit outside or walk across the street to the convenient store. Had a great girls weekend and I would definitely stay here again.
Nice staff, I asked for a room on the bottom and he gave me a 2 double beds since that's all that was available on the bottom even though I had just booked 1 bed. He also was nice enough to write a cab number on my card holder. The rooms are nothing fancy just enough to have a place to crash for the night at a cheap price. Stayed here a handful of times and will return.
I found my room to be clean and quiet. It was easy to get to and get out of. The staff was nice but kept their distance. The interior courtyard is well kept and if it wasn't 97 degrees I would have enjoyed sitting out there in a peaceful area to relax. The workout room is a few items of cardio equipment, but for a hotel in in this price range that was unexpected and a pleasant suprise. I'm grateful for it.
We were greeted by very friendly staff and headed to our room. Our "non smoking" room smelled like stale smoke. We promptly saw a cockroach scurrying around the room. The bathroom door was unable to close it seemed the door didn't fit the frame. There were dead bugs in the bathroom as well. Very gross hotel.
