The first room we was in, the tv didn't work. The second the beds was to small for two. There was mold in the bath room and the air conditioner made loud noises and the door to the room didn't lock properly. Felt unsafe. And there little black bugs on the floor in the bathroom near the toilet.

Next to bus station, lots of homeless people laying around, room didn’t stay cool, deadbolt was broken so door was without secure and housekeeping didn’t knock and would just barge in the room while sleeping. Wouldn’t stay here again do to unsafe conditions

Extremely rude and disrespectful roach, infestation all throughout the hotel just disgusting and then just prepare for them to never ever give you back your deposit, hopefully everyone knows legally they cannot do that

I arrived there almost 4 hours earlier than the check-in time, but they tried their best to give me a room as soon as possible. They even upgraded my room since it was ready sooner than the suite I originally reserved. The woman at the front desk was super sweet. The location was perfect for me since I was traveling by bus, and it was just 4 minutes walk to the bus station. I did see one small cockroach there. However, according to people living in Oklahoma, it is quite common in the grand floor residential areas. The sheets and towels were clean, and I had no issues with that matter. Overall, considering the price, I was really happy with the place.

The motel was pretty clean, room and bath were very clean, this was a good value for the price, and a convenient location for local and interstate trransit. Beacuase of the reviews, I called the staff before booking to be sure I could book for the same night, and stay from my 6:00 a.m. arrival the following day, through till a late checkout. I asked for noon, they countered with 11:45, I said "fine" I booked and paid for the room, called back that evening to check in by phone, and was told they were too busy to check me in; that was fine, I could call back. Called back a few hours later, and was told by a new, different party I'd already been checked in for the night. Great, I like good service. Arrived at 6:00 a.m. to yet another person, and was asked if I was checking out; I told them I was checking in. They typed a few things, then told me my room reservation had expired. After 6 hours of overnight travel, I calmly stood my ground and described my prior interractions with the other staff. After paying a additional $40 deposit (they requested cash, I had none, they ended up taking a card) I was told my room was on the other side of the building, given a key card, and told check out was 11:00 I told them I'd requested a late check out before booking, and I'd been told 11:45, they said 11:00 was a firm check out time. Too tired to argue, I went to my room, slept great for 4.5 hours, showered (water pressure was "meh" at best) and checked out by 10:55 Not terrible, not great.

Nice place

This is a nice clean motel. Very easy to deal with people are nice and are willing to answer any questions you may have. The rooms are clean, spacious, and heat and air works great. Bathroom had plenty of supplies, clean shower and toilet. In all this is a very good place to stay and it is easy on the budget.
